FABIAN TEO CHEN TUAN is one of the founding partners of the firm. He has been in practice since 1992, specialising in corporate and commercial matters, intellectual property and technology law, property law and conveyancing. Formerly the Resident Representative of a Singapore law firm in Vietnam, he has accumulated extensive experience on business and investments in Vietnam.

PHYLLIS LIM SOCK NGEE has extensive experience in insolvency and debt claims, corporate legal matters, general litigation and solicitor works. She was a partner in a medium-sized law firm and has worked as an in-house legal counsel for a public-listed government-linked company where she was actively involved in high-profile mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes investments in China and Indonesia.
Dhaniyah Binte Hishammudin
Dhaniyah holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws (Distinction) from the University of Exeter. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021. As a member of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team, Dhaniyah has represented clients in diverse disputes before the High Court and State Courts of Singapore. Her expertise includes civil and commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, criminal defence, and matrimonial matters. Beyond contentious work, Dhaniyah handles private client matters such as the preparation and probate applications, along with corporate client work. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu and has a basic proficiency in French. Dhaniyah is deeply committed to serving the community through her legal expertise. She serves as counsel under the Legal Assistance Scheme for Capital Offences, advocating for individuals facing the death penalty, and participates in the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, offering pro bono representation to those charged with criminal offences in Singapore. Additionally, Dhaniyah regularly provides legal advice at various Legal Clinics across Singapore, extending her support to both local citizens and migrant workers. Dhaniyah is also an avid equestrian in her free time, specializing in dressage.
