Fabian Teo
FABIAN TEO CHEN TUAN is one of the founding partners of the firm. He has been in practice since 1992, specialising in corporate and commercial matters, intellectual property and technology law, property law and conveyancing. Formerly the Resident Representative of a Singapore law firm in Vietnam, he has accumulated extensive experience on business and investments in Vietnam.
Phyllis Lim
PHYLLIS LIM SOCK NGEE has extensive experience in insolvency and debt claims, corporate legal matters, general litigation and solicitor works. She was a partner in a medium-sized law firm and has worked as an in-house legal counsel for a public-listed government-linked company where she was actively involved in high-profile mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes investments in China and Indonesia.
Jonathan Phipps
JONATHAN PHIPPS joined the firm as a partner in 2025 as a seasoned and versatile litigator. Beginning as a paralegal in 2005, he was subsequently called to practice in 2014. The breadth of his experience spans all jurisdictions of Singapore Courts and his clients include banks in civil matters, an alleged international match-fixer in a criminal matter, as well as wealthy individuals with international assets in family courts.
